This policy explains how GUBARI handles information for customers, vendors, launch testers, and visitors using the celebration planning and vendor marketplace platform.
GUBARI is currently in private build mode. Public launch policies should be reviewed before live bookings open.
Information We Collect
GUBARI collects the information needed to operate celebration planning, marketplace, quote, booking, payment, messaging, and support workflows.
- Account details such as name, email, role, profile information, and account preferences.
- Celebration details such as event type, date, location, guest count, budget, vendors needed, planning notes, and planning activity.
- Vendor profile details such as business name, contact name, service category, service area, pricing guidance, portfolio content, availability, and quote activity.
- Messages, quote requests, accepted quotes, booking records, review content, support requests, and technical logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the GUBARI platform, support customers and vendors, improve launch readiness, and protect marketplace quality.
- Create and maintain customer and vendor accounts.
- Match celebration requests with relevant vendors and help vendors respond with quotes.
- Operate bookings, payment status, reminders, reviews, event day preparation, and customer support.
- Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and improve product performance.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. GUBARI stores payment status, amounts, references, booking connections, and receipt-related records, but does not store full card numbers.
Cookies And Analytics
GUBARI uses essential browser storage for account and celebration functionality. Optional analytics only load after a visitor accepts analytics cookies.
- Visitors can accept or decline analytics cookies from the cookie banner.
- Analytics may help measure page performance, conversion paths, and launch readiness.
- Declining analytics does not block use of the core site.
Who Can See Marketplace Information
Customer and vendor information is shared only as needed to operate a request, quote, booking, message, payment, review, or support workflow.
- Customers can see information vendors submit in profiles, quotes, messages, booking details, and event preparation workflows.
- Vendors can see customer request, celebration, quote, message, and booking details needed to evaluate and perform the service.
- GUBARI administrators may review records for support, safety, payments, marketplace quality, and launch operations.
Security
GUBARI uses HTTPS, role-based access patterns, Supabase security controls, Stripe payment processing, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Data Choices
Customers and vendors may request profile updates, account deletion, or privacy support by contacting GUBARI. Some records may need to be retained for payments, bookings, safety, legal, or operational reasons.
