Vendor Terms

Last updated: June 2026

These vendor terms explain expectations for vendors who create profiles, receive requests, send quotes, manage bookings, and participate in the GUBARI marketplace.

Professional Profiles

Vendors are responsible for accurate business details, contact details, service categories, service areas, portfolio images, availability, pricing guidance, and public profile content.

Profile Review And Quality

GUBARI may review vendor profiles, photos, categories, pricing guidance, ratings, reviews, and marketplace behavior to maintain customer trust.

Quote Standards

Quotes should clearly describe included services, taxes, delivery, setup, timing, deposits, balance due, final pricing, and any terms the customer should understand before booking.

Fair Quote Policy

When a customer updates a request after quotes have been received, original vendor quotes stay preserved. Vendors may review the updated request, submit an updated quote, or pass on the updated request.

Bookings And Event Day Preparation

Booked vendors are expected to communicate promptly, keep final details current, participate in event day preparation, and confirm details that require vendor approval.

Payments And Payout Readiness

Vendor payment tracking appears in GUBARI. Payout timing, processor requirements, refunds, disputes, and tax or business obligations may depend on Stripe, vendor account setup, and applicable policy.

Marketplace Conduct

Vendors should communicate professionally, avoid misleading claims, respect customer privacy, and keep quote and booking activity inside GUBARI workflows when required.

Reviews And Trust

Customers may leave reviews after completed bookings. GUBARI may moderate reviews and vendor responses for safety, authenticity, relevance, and marketplace quality.
