These terms explain the basic rules for using GUBARI as a customer, vendor, visitor, or launch tester.
These terms are written for product readiness and should be reviewed before public launch.
Accounts
Customers and vendors are responsible for accurate account information, secure passwords, and activity that happens through their accounts.
- Customer accounts are for planning, quote requests, bookings, messages, payments, and reviews.
- Vendor accounts are for professional profiles, quote responses, bookings, messages, payment tracking, and marketplace participation.
- Customer and vendor views remain separate so each side has the correct permissions.
Quotes And Bookings
Vendors are responsible for the services, pricing, timing, availability, and terms they submit. Customers are responsible for reviewing quote details before accepting and paying.
- Accepted quotes may include deposits, balance payments, setup details, included services, and event day requirements.
- The Fair Quote Policy preserves original requests and quotes when customer plans change after vendor quotes are received.
- Booking protection windows, if shown, are part of the marketplace workflow for that quote.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Deposits, balances, receipts, refunds, cancellations, and payment status are governed by the accepted quote, applicable platform policy, and payment processor requirements.
Marketplace Conduct
Customers and vendors must communicate respectfully, provide accurate information, and avoid fraud, spam, unsafe content, harassment, misleading claims, or unlawful activity.
Content And Reviews
Profiles, portfolio images, messages, reviews, and marketplace content should be truthful, relevant, and appropriate. GUBARI may moderate or remove content to protect trust and safety.
Launch Testing
GUBARI may display private build notices while features are tested. Live bookings are not publicly open until the launch notice is removed and the site is marked ready.
